Acceptance of general terms and conditions
By ordering any product from this site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement.

Application
The terms and conditions are valid for any goods or services provided by The Sound Lab to the Client.

Price changes
The Sound Lab reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, The Sound Lab reserves the rights to cancel the order. In that case notifications will be given to our customers.

Change of product assortment
The Sound Lab reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.

Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Colors on your computer screen are not always 100% accurate.

Under 18 years old?
If you are under the age of 18, your parents’ or guardian’s consent is required to make purchases on this web shop.

Shopping, shipping and customs
Only Customers with a valid address may place orders in this web shop.
In terms of payment, we accept Paypal, IDEAL (in the Netherlands) and transfers of money to our Dutch bank account. Making purchases in our web shop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your information safe. Prices are stated in EURO. Choosing shipping without Track&Trace is at your own risk.

Damage during transportation
All shipped packages are insured if it’s a shipment within the Netherlands, or a shipment from the Netherlands to Germany or Belgium. For customers outside of these country’s we leave it as an option to let us insure the shipment, the cost will be invoiced to the customer.
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, we advise our customers to insure the package/shipment because you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost. Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact The Sound Lab.

The Sound Lab will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies to the Client (or which may be received from the Client).

Payment
All invoices of The Sound Lab shall be paid by the Client within fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Sound Lab. In the event of late payment, The Sound Lab may charge interest on the amount outstanding.

We are environmental friendly and try to diminish the amount of paper we use. For private customers we will send invoices via email, and only if you ask us, so always add your email address with you order. Private customers do always receive confirmation, from either our online shop, Paypal or IDEAL, of their order with an overview of the total cost and shipping cost (included value added taxes).

Business customers will additionally receive and invoice with their order online, and/or with their product upon arrival.

Cancelling orders
Under Dutch Law (also most EU country’s) we are required to accept your cancellation within 14 days, and reimburse your money. However, due to the nature of our business, we will invoice you the shipping cost when we have already send out your package. Also, you will have to send us back the product at your own expense. We will reimburse the clients money when we have received the product.

Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain strict confidence and shall not disclose to any third party information or material relating to the other or the other’s business which comes into that party’s possession and shall not use such information and material. This provision shall not, however, apply to information or material which is or becomes public knowledge other than by breach by a party of this clause.

Relevant Law
On every purchase, contract, or other act that involves The Sound Lab, Dutch law is applicable. With accepting these terms and conditions, which you do when you purchase any product or engage in business activities with The Sound Lab, you will also accept that Dutch law, and only Dutch law, will apply.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions could be subject to change from time to time, when for example law requires us to do so. We inform our customers about this. With accepting our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement, you will accept also that we can make changes under certain circumstances.
